General Terms
1. For every trek/expedition event with Ayudh Adventures it is necessary to submit your personal details like, name, age, email-id, Blood Group, residence location and a name and contact number in case of emergency.
2. Carrying alcohol during treks is strictly prohibited, if found action will be taken.
3. It is necessary to state any disabilities/health related issues if any, in advance.
4. Many safety measures and extensive planning is done for every event to be executed, though Ayudh Adventures will not be held responsible for any accident caused during trek/expedition. Each member will be responsible for his/her own safety and baggage.
5. Ayudh Adventures will not be held responsible for the loss of any of your valuables.
6. Every member have to intimate about participation and rules for the trek/expedition to their guardians/family members/close friends.
7. Rates are subject to change in any case of any changes in hotel taxes, ROE, transport rates, government taxes & entrance fees.
In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel.No refund for partly unutilized tickets. No refund for "NO - SHOWS" Cancellation charges would be as per our policy.
8. Ayudh Adventures has authority to cancel scheduled treks/expeditions in case of Natural calamities, riots, political uncertainty, public transport failure etc.
9. With Ayudh Adventures, you are bound with the instructions of the event leaders.
10. For few treks it will be necessary carry a cup and plate for food. As we won't provide any plastic material plates, glasses or paper plates. An initiative towards conservation of nature as many trekkers leave garbage behind at base camp.
11. Avoid making groups while you are on trek.
12. Trekking or expeditions requires solid will power and physical stamina. To climb mountains it is necessary to come out of your comfort.
13. Respect the mountains.
14. For private transport on treks, there is requirement of minimum approx. number of participants for successful execution of this trek. If less participants enroll, than mentioned count, then trek will be cancelled by Ayudh Adventures and whatever fees paid by participants, it will be refunded to them. Also, if less participants enroll and if they are agree to contribute additional expense that would incur during the trek, then the trek will continue to happen as per schedule.

Ayudh Adventures will not be held liable for any injury including death, damage, loss, delay or irregularity that may occur due to unavoidable circumstances on field or at high altitude.
